Union Pointe’s identity was inspired by its sleek and modern architectural style but foremost by the beauty and serene surroundings right outside its doors. Its close tie to Union Reservoir, recreation, the Rocky Mountains and the Landscape of Longmont make this community comfortable, approachable and the perfect place to call home.

From start to finish, this project was a well-situated partnership. Each group playing such an important role to bring this beautiful community to life.
