Traverse is a new, über convenient living destination in the Mile High City. As a transit orientated development, residents can easily ‘traverse’ the Denver metro area via light rail, explore Colorado with easy highway access to the Rocky Mountains and bike routes in all directions. The community boasts a boutique hotel vibe with plenty of social hang outs, co-working spaces and stunning mountain and city views from the rooftop deck.
The Traverse brand is clean lines and a refined take on navigating Denver and the great outdoors. To visually tell the connectivity story, a compass concept was developed and paired with the longitude/latitude and mileage distance to popular destinations in relation to Traverses’ location. The brand artfully supports the location story of Traverse by leaning on navigation elements found in both city and outdoor backdrops.
The Traverse collaboration began before a single shovel of dirt was moved, which gave Trailbreak Partners and Greystar a long runway to promote the Traverse development early and to inform the signage program of the community. We are truly fond of how the brand celebrates the Colorado lifestyle – from city living to access to the great outdoors.
