Travelers Rest, South Carolina

A New Standard of Living in Travelers Rest

Travelers Rest’s quaint streets and slower pace welcome the master-planned Pinestone neighborhood to their community. This new living concept blends single-family homes and for-rent options that are walkable to creative dining, retail, open-air entertainment, and a local institution, the Swamp Rabbit Trail. It’s a first-of-its-kind in Travelers Rest where you can park your car and essentially forget about it because all you need (and want) is entirely accessible on foot or bike. It’s anticipated that current Greenville residents will find Pinestone an attractive living destination for its proximity to the Blue Ridge mountains and its focus on walkability/bike-ability.

Apres Creative developed the brand strategy to connect the three unique product types cohesively. The visual identity system is a trio of similar symbol structures that reflect the unique offering of each product type that works harmoniously together and can also stand on their own.

While leasing together, The Standard Apartments and The Rows Townhomes have each adopted their own unique identity to differentiate the traditional apartments from the townhome options. The Standard’s abstract “S” symbolizes the adjacent Swamp Rabbit trail.

The series lines in The Rows depict literal rows for the walk-up, for-rent living option.

For the single-family phase, Park North, connects to Pinestone’s park-like setting. The ‘North’ indicates its physical location in relation to the broader Greensville. The symbol of the Park North logo is immediately a tree and the north arrow of a compass.
