Muinzer is a leading student housing platform known for its rapid growth and student housing market expertise. It has over two decades of experience in some of the nation’s premier college athletic conferences. Despite its impressive growth, Muinzer lacked a cohesive brand identity, which hindered its ability to communicate effectively with its investor and parent/student audiences. To address this challenge, Muinzer partnered with Apres Creative to develop a comprehensive brand identity that would resonate with both institutional investors and student housing residents.

A stylized ‘M’ was created to represent the Muinzer name, symbolizing the company’s fluid and approachable nature and making it appealing to diverse audiences. A sophisticated blue color scheme and modern typography were selected to convey professionalism and trustworthiness while also maintaining a friendly and inviting feel. The new brand identity successfully bridged the gap between the various target audiences, creating a cohesive and compelling image that resonated well with investors and the student community.
