Located in the heart of Downtown New Rochelle, 3THIRTY3 is a decidedly luxurious apartment living experience. This stunning, 27-story  high rise rivals any new build found in Manhattan with the benefits of a lower price tag, panoramic views of the Long Island Sound, and a slower pace of life when compared to New York City. 

The project’s name was decided almost in passing when the physical address of the building was approved to 333 Huguenot Street. We immediately saw visuals of the numeral 3 begin to dance in our heads. The final logo design is a clean alpha numerical combination that differentiates the community in the New Rochelle submarket, as does the rich leather and cognac color strategy. The overall brand identity feels rich and upscale to match the caliber of the community’s robust amenity offerings and design details.
